This page explains the SMS messaging program operated by Talvio (a service of AdjusterFlow LLC) on behalf of the businesses that use our AI receptionist. It describes who sends messages, how customers consent to receive them, and how to opt out at any time.
How to opt in:You consent to receive SMS in either of two ways. (1) By phone: when you call the business and book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment through its AI receptionist, you provide your phone number and the receptionist asks your permission to text you; you consent by answering yes. (2) By text: when you text the business’s phone number first, your message opts you in to receive replies.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You only receive messages tied to an appointment or interaction you initiated.
Messages are sent by the business you contacted, through Talvio’s AI receptionist platform. Talvio (AdjusterFlow LLC) operates the messaging service on the business’s behalf.
You opt in to receive text messages in one of two ways. First, when you call the business and the AI receptionist books, reschedules, or cancels an appointment for you, you provide your phone number and the receptionist asks for your permission to text you (for example, “Is it okay if I send a confirmation text to this number?”). You consent by answering yes. Second, when you text the business’s phone number first, that message is your opt-in and the business replies in response. In both cases, you only receive messages tied to an appointment or interaction you initiated.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@talvio.ai.
